Hurt/Comfort 2022 Letter!

Hello creator, welcome to my all-Jared-Harris hurt/comfort sign up! (This kinda happened by accident, and kinda not because…well I’m just a little bit in love with Jared Harris at the moment, but I also love these canons and the other characters involved so it all just came together quite nicely!)
Below are some likes/prompts to go with my selected freeforms, but these are by no means meant to be definitive of what I would like to read. Please feel free to let inspiration run away with you! If you want to go down a smutty route with your story that is absolutely fine and I more than welcome it, however if you don’t want to do that, that is also completely fine, and I’m sure I will be delighted with whatever you create. SHERLOCK HOLMES
Holmes/Moriarty (Hurt Holmes)
What can I say, sometimes I see Jared Harris as Moriarty in these films and I'm like... I can't believe how sexy he is!!!??? I loved these films when they came out and I still love them now. The relationship between Holmes and Moriarty is a literary classic when it comes to rivalry of course, but the way RDJ and Jared Harris play them adds an extra zest that I adore. The torture scene is especially something I am fascinated with - what would’ve happened if Watson hadn’t blown that tower down… how far was Moriarty going to go? I love the twisted way Moriarty might care for Holmes in the aftermath of any kind of torture or capture, stockholm syndrome of any kind would also be a fascinating take, especially with Holmes trying to make logical sense of just why he’s feeling this certain way of what should be pure evil, but god damn, Moriarty he’s just so…clever and interesting and sexy!

THE TERROR
Francis Crozier/Thomas Jopson (Hurt Francis)
Man, I just love this show so much. Every time I watch it I think, nope, I can’t go through that again - then give it a few days and I’m like…I wanna watch it again! Anyway this ship destroys me in the best possible way. Jopson, so loyal, so understanding, so patient. Crozier, a complete mess let’s be honest, but also a very domineering and strong presence in a very horrible and dire situation. Your story doesn’t necessarily have to revolve around Francis’ recovery, as any kind of situation where Francis appears *~*~*~Weak*~*~* or *~*~*~Vulnerable~*~*~* in front of Jopson is just *chef kiss*. Especially if Jopson is just always There. The unwavering rock that keeps his Captain solid.

THE TERROR
Francis Crozier/Edward Little (Hurt Edward)
Lt Edward Little just screams hurt puppy all the way through this show and it’s wonderful. I adore his struggle throughout, he obviously holds the Captain in very high regard, and yet is so troubled by his battle with alcohol and then having to take command when Francis is recovering. Their dynamic is fascinating to me, and I wish we’d seen more of it in the show but…hey, what else is fan fic for!? I’d love anything where Edward is the fearsome, worrisome Lieutenant we all know and love but is trying so very hard to hold it together, but Francis knows Edward too well and has to help him through it however which way he can. I love Edward being desperate for Francis’ approval too, so anything exploring that would also be great!

CHERNOBYL
Valery Legasov/Boris Shcherbina
This show was a huge punch in the gut and Jared Harris and Stellan Skarsgård are beyond incredible in it. I love their chemistry off screen, and you can tell that this really seeped through in their performances. The show seemed to quite strongly fictionalise these characters as they are of course based on real life people, and I just want to stress that I am asking specifically for the characters in this mini-series.
I love that Valery is this awkward, socially inept, adorable scientist and Boris is the big bolshy, slightly scary but also incredibly soft giant. The fact that they only cross paths because of this disaster is so fascinating to me, especially because there is very obviously a strong bond that binds them together, not only because of what they experience due to their situation. I just love the trope of two very different people being forced together but then actually becoming very very fond of each other! I also love Valery being a worrisome shivery puppy and Boris being the big rough guard dog that he is, protecting his little nerd at all costs!
